Summer Camp Program
REGISTRATION
Requirements
- $100 non-refundable deposit per family due upon registration to secure your spot.
- 15-day minimum throughout the summer. These days do not have to be consecutive.
- Sibling Discount: Register each child for 15 days total to receive a 25% discount on the second child's tuition.
- You have until May 18, 2026 to make any schedule changes. Payment is due June 1st in full or it can be broken up into three installments per our payment program. This option is chosen upon registration. Registration is only complete after your Brightwheel forms are completed.
Once we receive your registration submission online, we will send you a link from our online program called Brightwheel, where you'll complete your paperwork, sign up for online billing and submit your deposit. If we are full on days you've requested, you will be notified and put on our wait list.
Registration will open January 1st - first to past and present customers, then a week later, open to the public.
All child vaccinations are required per the state of CT. A health form must be completed within the last year for attendance.
Activities
A New Experience Every Year!
We start brainstorming and planning summer camp nearly a year in advance! We create weekly themes and plan daily games, activities, crafts, and experiments. We reflect on themes the kids enjoyed most from previous themes and develop entirely new themed activities to continue the excitement! We'll bring in a few vendors throughout the summer for an extra layer of fun and entertainment.
In addition to our planned activities, the children visit the farm during the day (an hour and a half each visit). Each barn session starts with a short lesson, group discussion, review of barn rules, animal interaction, and barn cleaning lessons. Children learn about and care for various farm animals while with us.
Our goal is to provide your child with fun camp experiences. Where they can destress from a long school year, enjoy more time outside, and come home tired from a fulfilling day at camp!
